The gem-like sun gleams from leafy settings.

Aspens and oaks score the brief interval before autumn yields to winter in fugues of color and shade.

Fall cloaked forests will soon be stripped by the full-bodied wind. Mountain peaks, now bare breasts of earth, will nestle beneath blankets of snow.
